SO I thought I would have time to blog I should have known! I completely forgot about it till just recently, when Val reminded me when she found my blog. anyways 2 of my sister in laws are doing a 30 day challenge to blog daily, So I thought I would get in on the action.

Yesterday sitting in church listening to our amazing Pastor John Mark share the word about Marriage.. The challenge of your life(my words) there are so many views of what a marriage should be and a shocking 50% of marriages end in a divorce. A flip of a quarter determines your fate. but it dosent have too
"The Great Helper"
God made Adam and then Eve, knowing Adam couldnt fullfill all his duties with out a suitable helper. God made us to need relationships. Just like Adam, Joey can not fullfill his "Mission" his job that God has planned for our lives alone he needs a "Great Helper" Me working along side him not against him in both our walk with God, our children and our career. balance is key to my sucess in doing all that needs to be done. balance of God, balance of house and balance of wife and mom.
All marraiges need a "Mission" a course to sail on..

Joey and I work on our relationship with God but know that he is forever in control of our situation, kids, and career. God put us on a path of owning our company in this economy (yuck) but like JM stated its not about making 6 figures its about are you working to glorify God. On the way home I asked Joey what his Mission is for our lives
" To run a Godly company working to help others not to make money off of them"
He is working for God not for the world

Working along side Joey my best friend has both been challenging but rewarding.. The power of prayer is amazing and much needed not just in your time of need but daily, like we need air to breath we need to pray for our marriages so that a flip of a quarter isnt the same odds in determining if your marriage will make it or fail.
I have been called many things in My Life... Jillian, Jill, fuzz ball (from my dad), Honey, Mommy, best friend, but I like to think of myself as the "Helper" God instened me to be for my family and pray that I am successfull at being called that.
